On the basis of the interim employment agreement determined the basic directions of socio-economic development of the enterprise, employment conditions and rewards, social security for the employees of RCBTC SUE. The core attention in the development of the interim employment agreement was paid to make sure that it complies with the labor law of the republic and industry, concluded between UzCIA and the Central Council of Trade Union of communication industry employees.
Considering all the real opportunities, there were developed specific and detailed regulations, directed to regulating of social and labor issues. Additional employee guaranties were established with observing all formulations of legislation.
Interim employment agreement reflects the interests of over 1200 members of a collective body of the enterprise.
The financial resource of employment salaries and protection of social benefits are supported by internal funds.
In compliance with the current regulations the employment salaries are conditioned by the local specification (desert, high altitude, absence of water), аs well as high frequency of traveling in process of working activity. The bonuses are paid on the professional skill basis, up to 35 per cents added to a basic wage, and to motivate substituted worker, up to 50 per cent added to the basic wage.
To motivate employees to stay in the industry for as more years as possible, bonuses increase by the year of employment. Depending on the professional activity in the industry, basic wages addes up 10 to 30 percent as a reward.
The bonus rewarding scheme was created to increase the motivation in achieving ultimate production results. Saved balance in the labor payment fund is distributed using labor participation coefficient per each employee. Summary per cent of encouragement may achieve 60-80 percent of the wage.
