Ресторан «Koinot» Restaurant was opened at Tashkent tower in 1985. There are two floor spaces In the Restauran: Blue Hall made in a national folk style - at height of 100 meters – and Red Hall made in A European style- at the height of 110 meter. Both of the halls are based on the rotating platforms and have 60 seats. Sitting in the restaurant hall at the beautifully laid tables placed on the rotating platform, the customers may admire the capital’s panorama. The restaurant furnished in the state of the art national tableware.There is a bar with a wide stock of spirits, cocktails, fresheners and vintage wines. In the restaurants kitchen offers a wide variety of the National and European dishes. The restaurant’s special is “Koinot” salad and “Koinot” meat in foil.
Locals and guests are welcomed in the restaurant individually or by groups in any time to be serviced with a wide variety menu. The full meal deals start at affordable rate of – 7 300 soums per person. First course varies between – 1 300 and 2400 soums, and second course is in between – 5 800 and 7 200 soums. Meal includes delicatessen, bread and tea. Menu is a subject to change on the seasonal basis.
The restaurant halls are always wide open for banquets, corporate parties, romantic nights, and wedding ceremonies as well as other family events. The restaurant staff are able to organize off-premise catering – coffee-breaks, smorgasbord and holiday cheers. For children in the restaurant birthday-parties are organized with participation of fairy-tale characters. For foreigners booked dinners may be arranged.
In a hall of restaurant tables are covered with ware in national style. In a hall easy music plays.
